What are Phone Alerts?
Phone Alerts are prerecorded Service Advisory messages that are played to you on your phone in the event that your trip has been cancelled or severely delayed. This service is offered as a convenience and we cannot guarantee that Phone Alerts will be broadcasted for each cancellation or severe delay.
How do I select to receive a Phone Alert?
Look for the following option beneath each reservation in your basket.
Just click the 'Yes' option beneath a reservation to activate Phone Alerts for that particular reservation. When multiple reservations are contained in your basket you will need to specify each reservation you wish to enroll in Phone Alerts. If you are logged into your My Reservations account and have a phone number on file with us that number will be selected by default. If you are not a My Reservations user or do not have a phone number on file in your My Reservations account you will be prompted to enter a phone number when you activate a Phone Alert.
If you change your mind and wish to no longer receive a Phone Alert for a particular reservation simply click the 'No' option beneath that reservation.
What if I don't answer my phone when a Phone Alert is broadcasted?
The Phone Alert message will be recorded to your voicemail. If your phone does not have voicemail and you miss the call you will not receive the Phone Alert.
How much do Phone Alerts cost?
Phone Alerts are currently provided to our customers free of charge. If you pay to receive phone calls you will be responsible for any fees charged by your phone company for receiving our Phone Alert calls.
