CHICAGO (April 2, 2009) – Megabus.com, the first low-cost, express bus service which offers fares as low as $1 via the Internet, today announced it is the winner of a Travelzoo Award in the "leading provider of outstanding car rental and bus deals" category.
The Travelzoo Awards, also known as 'The Tzoos', celebrate the companies behind the best deals in travel, including airlines, hotels, vacation companies, and other travel sources and agencies. Travelzoo's deal experts around the world evaluated more than 80,000 deals to uncover the companies behind the best deals of the year.

Megabus.com has received two Travelzoo Award nominations. This is the first award for megabus.com and its express intercity bus service.
