CHICAGO (December 4, 2006) – As a show of appreciation for a successful 2006 season, megabus.com is offering 25,000 free seats on its Web site today for travel beginning January 17, 2007 through March 20, 2007.
Megabus.com, a non-stop intercity express bus line, launched service in the U.S. on
April 10, 2006.
“The response to megabus.com in the U.S. has been tremendous,” said Dale Moser, chief operating officer and president of megabus.com. “The free seats are our way of showing appreciation to all travelers and to the more than 200,000 customers who have used megabus.com since our service launch.”
Free seats are limited to 2 per booking on selected dates and routes and must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance of the travel date. Megabus.com customers, unable to utilize the free seats, can still purchase tickets at very low prices.
The free seats must be booked on the Internet, via www.megabus.com. The Web site also provides information on arrival and departure times and allows passengers to review fares before booking travel.
Megabus.com offers daily service between Chicago and eight other Midwest cities, including Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis and Toledo. Service is also offered between Indianapolis and Cincinnati and between Toledo and Cleveland.
Promotion Terms and conditions:
Promotional seats will be offered on a first come first served basis. If no promotional seats are available on your selected trip, standard price seats will be offered. Where fewer promotional seats are available on your selected trip than the total seats requested, both promotional (as available) and standard price seats will be offered.
Promotional seats are limited. Promotional seats are not offered to all destinations, on all routes or on all days of the week.
Promotional seats must be booked at least 4 weeks in advance of the travel date.
Each reservation made on the webiste is subject to a 50c reservation fee.
Any change to your reservation (trip, dates, cities, and/or names of passengers) may result in a fare increase and an additional reservation fee.
This offer is valid for select megabus.com destinations across the United States for travel between Wednesday January 17th 2007 and Tuesday March 20th 2007.
Tickets must be booked through the megabus.com website.
You are advised to book early to secure your seat at the special promotional price.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
